Our engagements use a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SoW) structure:
- MSA — Basic terms covering confidentiality, liability, and general conditions
- SoW — Specific scope, services, and pricing for each engagement
This separation allows flexibility to add services without renegotiating base terms.
